The Liberia United Methodist Church Council on Finance and Administration (CF&A) report reveals that the UMC Liberia budget of US$1.8 million in 2013 has been increased to US$1.9 million. The CF&A report requested all departments to submit all projects to the Council on Finance and Administration (CF&A) for assessment and approval before submission to partners overseas as a way of implementing previous policy adopted in Ganta, Nimba County 2011, during the 179th  Annual Session of the LAC/UMC.

The report, while increasing the allotments of other departments, including the Episcopal Office, did not increase the allotment to the Young People ministries, which remains at US$7,000. The report has been sent back to the committee room for proper planning and budgetary adjustment.

In a surprise move, Bishop Innis has informed the CF&A that any increase in the 2014 budget intended for his office should be given to the Ganta United Methodist Hospital in Nimba County, Liberia.
